Anything that is disputed goes before a three person commission which has two democrats and one republican because they are democrat counties. Who do you think will be outvoted? Gore should concede contingent upon the overseas ballots that need to be counted upon arrival.

jkernan, are you aware that there are 3 "judges" at each table looking at the ballots, 2 Democrat, One Republican? When there is a controversy, majority rules. Talk about disenfranchising the rest of the nation.
