Warren Christopher is giving the DEMS side of the story, how a hand count IS justified as a means of getting the most ACCURATE count in a vote.

Secy. Christopher cited examples of legislation in states where legislatures have formally authorized hand counts as the definitive method of counting votes in close contests and certainly FL affords that option.

In fact, Secy. Christopher mentioned one of those states where the Governor recently signed that legislation. The Governor put his own John Hancock on the bill to authorize hand counting...George W. Bush, Governor of the State of Texas

This is beyond ROFLMAO...this is better than that 14th amendment excuse
