The President, William Jefferson Blyth Clinton, in the waning days of his presidency could make
a legacy for himself. He could address the nation (tonight) and state that the votes have been counted
in Florida and then recounted. All that remains is to count the absentee ballots. Counting again and
again will only degrade the wonderful system we have had for over 200 years in the great country.
Now to the hard part....even though there are other election problems it is in the best interest of the
citizens of this country to bring this election to a swift conclusion. Count up the absentee in Florida
and let the electors elect our next President on Dec.18.......Later on he could say that the new President
should appoint a Commission to review and recommend revised procedures for the next election.

Is this wishful thinking? Of course.
