You have not addressed my point. Which was that Bush had planned a legal appeal if he had lost the electoral collage and won the popular vote .......How can you say he is better than what Gore is doing?

BTW I do not think there should be any legal challenge to that ballot in PB county. Nor do I think that there should be any any attempt to interpet who those double punched cards or votes for Buccannon were really for.....Those votes should stand as voted IMHO .

I do not see any harm in a manual count as long as there are observers from both sides and the whole state is subject to it ..........and it is the final word.
