Yes, the recount by machine was done, and FL law allows a manual recount as well. That is proceeding as proscribed by law as well.

I imagine you expect the Democrat and the Florida election official will together hold down and gag the Republican representative? Maybe someone here can clarify the actual recount and supervision process.

The federal injunction will not be granted because it has no basis in law, not because it is too late.

I am confident in the Republican representative's ability to protect his party's best interests. What I find fascinating is the degree and lengths to which argument will go in this, actually from both sides.
