One big positive on this is that Liberals are on record as having stated that if its confusing and to difficult to follow and you intended to do right than you cannot be punished. TAXS hm !!!!! I re-post an earlier point which no liberal has responded to. Ok its 3 years later and I am that same old fart that couldn't fill out the ballot. I just received a notice from the IRS saying I owe 4000 in penalties because I made a mistake in filling out my taxes. I intended to do it right and am willing to pay what I owe but I don't want the 4000 in penalties. I intended to be honest and if I couldn't be expected to fill out that simple ballot how could you expect me to understand wash sales. Help Jesse oh help ACLU I am being disenfranchised and I won't have any money to pay for my prescription drugs if I pay the 4k
