You must be a yellow dog dem. I am sure Baker is advising Bush that a recount only in precincts where Gore won will likely help Gore. If I were advising Gore I would only want a hand recount where I won. If I were advising Bush, I would try to stop that or if I lost I would want a hand recount of the entire election. The bottom line is no election is perfect and we will never resolve one this close to everyone's satisfaction. But who cares if the dempublicans or the repubicrats win. They are all bought and sold by our system of financing elections and the big money will get its way.
