You said, "I honestly now believe we'll never see the NI plant pumping out hordes of batteries for revenue, only enough to demonstrate the commercial feasibility of the process to prospective licensees, for whatever device they're selling."

My concern was that NI will not cough up the money for the plant expansion if we are not going to continue to provide employment for their citizens.
