Teresa:

How do I pay for the class using PayPAL?

It asks for your e-mail address, which I do not know.

I tried Amazon, but their graphics are screwed up and I get a "Not Found" on the screen after the Acceptance of their rules screen.

Teresa, I'm doing some of my Sunday reading from your list.

Just also curious, how many trades of your 1-3 daily do you get stopped out of? I.E. what would you say is your percentage of winners and losers? And how many trades are somewhat profitable (I'm in the Trend is Your Friend section right now), that is you buy on an upswing but set a sell stop right where a breakout area is in case the breakout fails...thus make some profit

versus a breakout, which is I guess what they call letting your winners run--

And in general, is the last one above where you make your $?

Also, I'm wondering what you can expect to generate out of your capital as a good trader--for instance, trading the futures, what percentage return do you get annually on capital you've set aside for this purpose? And if you're a top notch trader, what would you expect a good workaday sort to be able to do?

These are not meant to fix you to any answers, I just have no idea.
