You are absolutely correct. I have seen union workers yell at and threaten a coworker because he was working "too fast". I have seen the "slowdown" at the beginning of the month to insure there would be overtime at the end of the month. I have seen dozens of phony workers comp cases. I have heard the expression "that's not my job" a million times. Pat Buchanan has a better chance of being elected president than a union member has of being fired.
