I find it hard to believe the market can move forward until all the people afraid of the political uncertainty have sold or are forced into selling seeing a declining market. Maybe it was finished last week, maybe not!

Money is going to keep building up on the sidelines. That is why it is probably not a bad idea to buy a lot of leaps in the coming days--maybe averaging the cost. Short term looks too unpredictable. That is why I want to buy value tech stocks in this environment.
A possibility of US$ weakness is out there. That may be a blessing in disguise to the tech stocks as long as the political uncertainty does not turn into an economic uncertainty. I can't see how the economy is affected with this mess and therefore we should get a great near term buying opportunity. I don't know how low the Nasdaq can go----outside chance at about 2700 maybe 2500-- but that would be a floor given the valuations and the potential for big share buybacks in many sectors. The move up would be explosive, IMHO. That is why many would realize to sell at low levels is a mistake as the economy is not affected by the current political situation.
