Well he reminded me of days gone by. Reminded me of why I am glad they are gone by too. I think if Bush had trotted out Jim Baker more before the election, we might not be wrangling over recounts. VERY good point jhild. Baker thinks this is 1985 all over again - "Sherman, set the way-back machine to the mid 80's, when Reagan was at the height of his power (politically anyway), Falwell was the religious yardstick for the nation, and jingoism was a bullet point on any respectable resume...."
