Well, I guess we will have to disagree on this. In any case, this is no desperate attempt at all on Gore's side. I would call it a pretty clever attempt to undo some of the damage of the PB county ballot that cost him well over 20,000 votes -- more than 40 times Bush's margin of victory so far. Hand counting is routine in Florida for extremely close elections, as I have said repeatedly. It's the Florida law. However, the Bush suit to stop it is desperate and will be dismissed promptly, probably before next week is over, and possibly as early as Tuesday. Kyros
