He shouldnt have to rely on his brother. He has half the Republican political lawyers in the country in Florida. You folks have taken after the PB voters for not reading the voting instructions; how bright can GW's lawyers be if they cant find the section in the Florida law the deals with recounts. The more likely scenario is that they knew about, discussed it, and made the tactical decision not to go that way because they thought it would undermine their public position that no more recounts were appropriate.
