What's happening is that ballot counters are now making judgement calls in some highly democratic precincts and a highly democratic county. Unless you hand count the whole state, the hand count is meaningless...
Machine count may not be perfect but as long as it's uniform around the state is a much better statistical representation of the vote...
Interestingly, you seem to be leaning more to the possibility of Bush being the next President than me...
Actually, there is a lot here to open ones eyes...yet your vision continues to be tunnel.
