Dismal--You got it right on what would happen if the Congress had to pick the Pres and VP. Even if there were a guarantee of a Democratic senate if he stayed, I don't see Leiberman withdrawing as VP. But if he did, it would be a Gore/Cheney Administration.

That is of course, all contingent on the House and Senate being the ones making the decision.

Knowing Gore, it would surprise me one bit...
