Now I am confused. We are talking about principle aren't we ? IMO principle is simple, you claim the ballot is unlawful and if you truly believe it, go to the court and ask for revote, not who will gain, who is impacted. Your principle seem to be if Gore win in the manual recount(which I think is perfectly legitimate), let's forget those unlawful stuff. Seems that your principle requires a lot of IFs.
