I think you bought it as a long term multi-year play, but then sold when it lost its momentum.

You are right, Frank. I have a tendency to change my mind a lot <g>. I had the whole QCOM fan kit--baseball caps, mugs, T-shirts, even a baby T-shirt. I still keep that stuff and now even have a small QCOM position again. After QCOM, I tried to do the LTBH on SDLI as well, but again was forced to sell most of my position. I am good at faking myself out that way--thinking LTBH gives motivation to do DD and confidence to take a big position, but finally allowing oneself to "un-LTBH" gives profits. Now my main long play is CASH, and I wonder if the market and luck will give me a chance to repeat my mistakes again.

I still believe if a stock can go up quickly, it can come down even quicker, so protecting profits is important.

I guess I am like one of those people that tries to go to church but keeps backsliding.
