Bush is willing to be honorable. Gore is not. Bush is asking the Gore campaign to wait for the absentees and then count those and agree to accept the count, whatever it is. Bush is willing to do that and if the count goes against him he will immediately concede. Whore Gore will not. He is trying to manipulate the count to steal the election. They say, (puke) they want the citizens to have their vote counted. Yes, in areas that are heavily democrats. Duval county (Jacksonville) had 22000 over/under votes. They suddenly don't care about the citizen having their vote counted. They say 72 hours has passed and Jacksonville doesn't qualify for a review of those ballots. Reason: Duval County went 60-40 for Bush. Terrible, evil people are Gore and his group of thugs.
