Au: I can not remember where was it that I have read (had to be one of edig PR or on their website) that SNDK with others like Intel and Lucent us companies they have relationship with.

Aus - Re: EDIG is one of the founding members of the CF Association. I checked my sources, and I did find material stating that Norris Communications (now e.Digital) became a member of the CFA in Jan. 1996. The organization was founded in Oct. 1995, so Norris was one of the early members, if not a founding member. Also, Norris was the first company to use removable and interchangeable (with a computer) flash memory in a recording device. They've made some mis-steps along the way, though, and until different management took over a couple of years ago, they didn't seem to be able to successfully launch a product. I hope that problem still doesn't plague them with their new devices. Betty
