Rashomon, this is an interesting rumor all right, but we have had this rumor floating around for some time so i do not expect an immediate impact on the stock price. I think that short term the holy one will be under the influence of three major "forces", the market in general, some disappointments over the last quarterly results and the possible future transition to an IP company. If Berg steps again at the Maginot line as he did in mid April, he may be able to put a floor. Right now my stance on the holy on is extremely cautions, I still see a strong possibility that the stock will breach $11 before next spring. That may create an unusual buying opportunity. Zeev
