Pace Mr. Limbaugh, this seems unlikely. I have to imagine that the replaced ballots were physically discarded, not put in the vote box (I mean, there were other measures on the ballot, not just the presidential ballot). Perhaps the pollster to whom ms. matalin spoke was confused?

At the same time, I do find it odd that I haven't heard anyone complain about accidentally double-voting, whereas the democrats would have us believe that 19,000 people accidentally double-punched, versus about 2,500 people accidentally voting for Buchanan. So shouldn't the complaints about double-voting be seven times as common as the complaints about Buchanan?
