Do you mean to tell us that a group of FOURTH GRADERS, unanimously and without exception (excuse the redundancy) understood the West Palm Beach County ballot, and voted on it without error? Maybe they should all get scholarships to Harvard.

Why is that a shocker? 8 year olds have no problem with the ballot. It's called punch the hole that the arrow points to. Actually I propose a replacement to the Electoral College. Here's how it works:

The average IQ for voters in the US is slightly below 100, say...90, so if you have an IQ of 90, your vote counts once.
If you have an IQ of 120, which is 1 1/3 times 90, your vote counts 1.33333 times the vote of the person with the 90 IQ, and so on. An IQ of 60, and your vote counts .66666 times the vote of the person with the 90 IQ.

I would be interested in people's opinions on this new system.
