CpnOmis, Keep me out of the spotlight please. These comments are just for fellow energy stock investors on this Thread trying to make a dollar.... Re disqulaified ballots- 26,000 ballots in Republican Duval County were disqualified too. So 19,000 disqualified ballots in Palm Beach County is not particularly significant in that light. Mssr. Gore picked up 33 votes in Palm Beach County in the recount and Mssr. Bush picked up 14 more votes in the four precinct review based upon apparent indentations in ballots....

The Democrats on the Election Board now want a full manual recount of the entire Palm Beach County....Talking on.....Turn on CNN if you are interested...Democratic officials on the State Canvassing Board are at odds with Florida State Government Officials from the State Attorneys General Office.

Apparently grounds that Canvas Board wants to move forward on full recount conflict with what the Lady Attorney from the State AG's Office says you can actually go under State law to a full recount for. AG's Office and Canvas Board do not agree.

Canvas Board still voted 2-1 to do county-wide manual recount..Will reconsider how to approach Monday morning. CNN notes all three Canvas Board members are Democrats FWIW....This could go on for a long time.....

What do you want to know about political "dirty tricks"?

cspomis, OK, I am going to write a note that may get me shot by a few of my Democratic friends. But this is my opinion of what's going on in Florida.

When I served in the Carter Administration we had a couple of meetings in Fall 1980 with DNC types before the 1980 national elections where they encouraged us to encourage poll workers "To use all of the ballots at the polling places." They asked to do some more stuff which I'll save for later notes too....

When I asked what the heck do they mean by that, one DNC guy just winked at me and replied, "vote early and vote often". Voter fraud most common forms comes in one of two ways. One person fills out multiple ballots- usually a poll worker with access to the ballots- or ballots are attributed to persons who never show up and vote- or who are dead. That is because these two types of fraud are cheaper, harder to catch, and more efficient than bribing individual voters (like with packs of cigarettes). The earlier type of vote fraud apparently did occur in Wisconsin in this election per my contacts in the DNC and RNC.

Now for whatever reason this voter fraud happens more in inner city precincts, where you often find that 99.5% of registered voters always show up and vote- at every election.

In most polling places boxes of additional voter cards are lying about- easy to pick up a few extra cards if you are a zealous poll worker, and later add them to a recount.

Now Florida. The fact that Al Gore's vote count rises every time a recount is done in a precinct controlled by Democratic poll workers is highly supicious right on its face.

I personally think that additional voting cards may be being slipped as we speak into the Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Volusia County voter cards.

In fact watch these unoffcial Gore-initiated hand recounts in Volusia and Miami-Dade Counties in particular. If Al Gore's vote total on the second recount jumps by more than 100+ votes in either of those two Counties- then alarm bells should go off in the attorneys' ears up in the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C.

Active voter fraud, i.e. "ballot box stuffing" is likely in motion and the people who voted for George Bush are being denied their right to vote in Florida- and Mssr. Daley's minions will be trying to jury rig the Florida election results to Al Gore's favor.

Also these "partially punched" voter card arguments posited by Mssr Daley are spurious by the way. Maybe someone changed their mind before punching the particular tab- just as likely an explanation than the tab was not completely punched out.

If Al Gore is awared Florida based upon a hand recount of only 25% of the States' total vote- and in the State's most-heavily Democratic areas controlled by Democratic elction officials,- well, get ready to duck....

Strictly my opinion guys/gals from what I witnessed/experienced when I worked in D.C....I'm sure that other would vehemently disagree with me...
