I agree, there are multiple legal approaches that could be used. Time is not on our side however, because the Electoral College meets on 12/18 with or without a Florida delegation. If a legal challenge is pending and Florida therefore sends no Electors, it's scoreboard GORE<NFG>

"we ain't seen nothing yet"... this has only begun

Pandora's Box opens wider every single hour, it seems

Polk County FL (which is Orlando) conducted a partial recount yesterday
they arrived at plus 50 votes for Bush !!!
this entire state will be hand recounting soon
then a uniform vote criterion MIGHT be employed

Chicago discarded a larger percentage of votes than WPalmBeach

next comes all the fraud allegations
Milwaukee, LosAngeles, Miami, etc
theft of ballot box in NewMexico ???

NewMexico now claims Bush has a 17 vote lead out of over a million votes cast

Iowa is talking about recounts, as is Wisconsin

all eyes here in Florida are looking toward Tuesday when the FL Sexy of State certifies each county's results

more and more conversations about Electoral College votes,
and House of Representatives settling this ultimately
some think USSupreme Court will decide this, NOT SO
the ultimate decision body is the Electoral College, then House of Reps

each state has the right to send electors, if they act in time
