What the court held ("the Supreme Court for the first time ruled that the government may not treat lesbians and gay men differently simply out of hostility or fear.") is that they should be accorded no more rights than the moral majority, or any other citizen of the US. Perhaps for my opinion you will again call me a bigot, a name not used on me before. You could care less for others rights and freedoms, what is important to you is YOUR agenda! je

You will never get it will you? The extreme left is just as wrong & bigoted as the extreme right! Difference is, Bush while being able to overlook the evils of the extreme right isn't part of them! Gore (Mr. every internal combustion engine is evil -- but electricity from Natural Gas is great) is the extreme left. When the extreme left gains power & talks from both sides of their face, many of the moderate right join arms with the extreme right - & we are sharp enough, see well enough, & still armed well enough to pull off a real armed revolt.....
