Zeev,
Could you advise me where the information relating to the convertible becoming "floorless" is found. Do you have a copy of the indenture?
I read the 12/99 10K and subsequent 10Qs, and find no indication of such happening in 2001. Possibly,??.. you are confused with the May 26, 2002 reference in the aforementioned statements.
Also should note a significant percentage of these converts have been retired at a discount... thus the extraordinary item (gain) on the most recent 10Q.

Zeev: A few years ago, you first raised the "floorless" issue in an e-mail to me on this thread. I'd enjoy your thoughts regarding the last few posts on the HEC thread. Is there a current or future floorless risk based upon your analysis of the debt instruments and subsequent SEC filings?
