It's a difference of absolutely no significance. Further, all 3 of those commissioners are ELECTED democrats - they all have a personal vested interest (to get reelected - i.e. their means of living) in giving the democrats their way - democrats outnumber republicans 2 to 1. The supervisor, the one who cast the 3rd vote that granted the motion to do a full manual count, is the one who approved the "illegal" ballot. She is an elected official - you don't think there is a conflict of intertest here? This process is so full of partisan politics it's a joke. There's no way a court should let any of this go forward.
