Bush's action arises under the First and Fourteenth Amendment to the US Constitution in regard to a national election. Federal court venue makes total sense. Try again. Statistically, speaking the vote swing proves the fix is definitely in. The gorons are stealing the election and must be stopped to save our republic. JLA

Bush is making a federal case over this. Their only hope because their lawyers realize they can't stop the recount (aka democracy at work) on the local or state level. I understand why they have to try SOMETHING but they were outmanoevered and their case will be dismnissed. Real votes from real people will now decide this election. The GOP won't be able to stop it. Bush still might win though. Indeed I still expect it. I will be very pleasantly surprised if Gore pulls this off.
