I missed the Minor count. The demographic divides are clear and fascinating- and they pose a lot of problems for the government- whichever side "wins".

As to nursing, it depends on which Republicans. Can we choose? I would just as soon leave Delay and Lott to the vultures.
And I'm very partial at the moment to Torticelli, who seems to have some idea of what's at stake here.
I think we should have a co-presidency-- you and my husband who is smart and strong enough to stand up to you, but a Republican you would like and respect because he is a truly honorable man. Hm. Let's make it a co-dictatorship. You all can fight it out, reach a compromise and then just tell us what to do. Then we can whine about it without having to take personal responsibility.

He hasn't won the popular vote yet. In addition, Bush didn't go for the popular vote. Strategies are different when trying to win states opposed to raw votes from anywhere.
