You've left alot of the conflict of interest facts out - it's much more than her appointment - it's also her husband's appointment and money they donated to the Gore campaign and money they gave to pay for all the lawsuits. There is no question that this is a conflict of interest. To argue that Jeb being George's brother is more of a conflict of interest is meaningless and has no application in the law - it either shows your ignorance or more likely your bias.
