If the precision of the balloting is less than the margin of error, then we are in no mans land as far as the outcome of this election.

I was dumbfounded to find that they were disqualifying ballots because some people refused to vote for president or perhaps some other office. I can understand disqualifying a ballot for a double vote for president or some other candidate but I can not understand forcing the electorate to vote for one of the choices - if none of the choices are suitable to a voter.
