blake, re: I support the 2 counts that have already been done. I thought the recounts to date have just been sample precints. According to Palm Beach county, only four precints have been hand counted. The results were sufficient to trigger a full recount. The wrangling came after an extraordinary sequence of events very early Sunday morning, when Democratic stronghold Palm Beach County decided that, after a hand count of four selected precincts continued to add to Gore’s vote tally, all 425,000 votes cast in the county last week should be recounted by hand. msnbc.com
