Is that the "Florida Voting Hotline"? What a freaking joke.

It's even funnier if you tell them you meant to vote for Bush but punched two holes. This is a joke. Last night, the news ran a story on the discarded ballots and announced that the Democrats were screwed out of votes. They inadvertently interviewed a Bush voter who was complaining. The reporter just went on and one about Gore votes being lost.

This would be illegal harassment, and you will be guilty of a crime.

Call Al Gore at 1-800-579-8871
Call the Gore campaign and hang up as soon as they answer. Each call will cost them $0.35. The Gore-Lieberman campaign is critically short of funds. The more calls we make, the less money they will have to litigate.

Have you made a bunch of these calls yourself? If you think this is a good idea, then you probably have - and surely you've kept track of the number so you could know how much money you've cost them? Share the amount with us, please.

Also thanks for producing one of the funniest posts I've read in some time. I find the idea of Republican yahoos spending their days by their phones dialing the same number over and over and hanging up hilarious. Why didn't you suggest they make some kind of funny sound before hanging up - say, a Bronx cheer or quacking like a duck? (Of course, the Democratic yahoos who read this thread will realize they can do same thing to Bush 800 #'s).

Oh, one more thing - please post any more bright ideas you might have.
