Has it occurred to you that the fraud may have occurred in the original reporting, rather than the recount? The recount happened under much more controlled circumstances than the original vote.

The ultimate control is controlling which ballots will be recounted. This is the injustice that is currently being played out. If one selectively *fixes* ballots then the result will be biased.

My guess is fraud took place during the voting process in Palm Beach as well as many other places.

It would be difficult to identify the mechanisms without hard evidence. However I believe one could easily determine fraud occurred by looking at the statistics of the vote results.

A random sampling of voters who voted would be revealing.

Has fraud been alledged?
The ballot was a fraud? Why is the designer still on the board of elections in PB county?
