"Nobody's sex life should be made public. How would you have liked to hear the intimate details of George and Barbara Bush in the sack?
I can't fault Clinton for lying about something which was nobody elses business."

It becomes everyone else's business as soon as one chooses to take it out of one's bedroom...that's the nature of public office and the risk associated with breaking the public trust!!!

Scumbria Re..Nobody's sex life should be made public. <<<<<

If Bill was a rapist, or a pedophile,or used his position of power to seduce and debase women; it should be made public. Come to think of it was. Do Paula Jones and Rita Bowles come to mind. I assume you are talking about consenting adults, but neither Paula or Rita gave their consent.

How would you have liked to hear the intimate details of George and Barbara Bush in the sack?

No, because they are married But Bill and Newt might be kind of interesting.

I can't fault Clinton for lying about something which was nobody elses business>

Bill made it our business when he started lying in court about it, and used government resources to perpetuate the lie.

PS. Just joking about Newt and Bill. I am not that type of guy yet.

Scumbria,

Nobody's sex life should be made public.

You should tell it to your buddies who wrote the laws, according to which the life of the accused in a sexual harassment suit is a fair game.

Of course, just like the special counsel law, the sexual harassment laws meant to bring down Republican presidents, and evil republican corporate officers. It didn't occur to the authors of these laws that these laws work both ways.

BTW, the Democrats now realized this and decided not to extend the special counsel law.

Are you now saying that the sexual harassment laws should be dropped or rewritten, just to suit Clinton?

Joe
