LTK007,

I am a Libertarian who did not vote for Bush, but would prefer him over Gore. Other Libertarians prefer Gore over Bush, but so what, anyway. If Bush should win in the other three states, as I understand it, we could have a 269 deadlock in the EC...so Bush would win in the house vote.

However, I think you are quite incorrect about Gore. If Bush can't get a fair handcount in other Fla Counties(perhaps not- though it would only be fair), which I believe would show he's won there, then what's left for Bush in the other states would be unlikely to produce a win for him. I don't believe Gore would concede in such a situation. Bush would concede, unless he truly sees a chance in the other states. But I don't think that chance is significant(narrow margins are too large to overcome), so he would concede.

As for your comment that we got what corporate America wants, sorry, but I think that's just typical overhyped bum analysis(pap), if common too. We still have a right to vote in primaries, etc. Though real choices like Harry Browne are kept off the airwaves, it is up us to find the right candidates and vote for something really good for a change...like Freedom and Libertarians, IMO.

Regardless, I'd call on everyone no matter who you are for, to reject this selective handcounting in Fla in the interests of fairness.
