Gore probably won Florida. Votes are votes. Yes it's extremely close but as the last electornic recount proved Gore was being cheated out of more votes than Bush by the imperfect technology of these counting machines, hence he went up 1500. We still have to wait for the recounts to end and the absentee ballots to come in.
