The legal issues may be for the courts to decide but there is nothing in the petition for injunctive relief that makes a compelling case for why doing the manual recount would prevent the court from deciding which count should used or ordering any alternative method of resolution which it decides would be most appropriate to utilize the ballots cast in Palm Beach county.
