Cool.

But did you notice that for the machine recount that Bush requested, Gore picked up more votes than in the manual count and Bush actually lost votes in the machine recount that he requested. The county might be forced to use the machine recount that Bush requested...extrapolated out. Gore wins by a greater margin than the manual re-count would have gained him.

The other humorous aspect is that since the counties count the absentee ballots, they won't likely all be in by Tues at 5:00PM and they would favor Bush more than likely. So the 5:00PM deadline also eliminates Bush votes more than Gore votes.

It could be a very funny outcome....go Republican members on the counting team...filibuster.

Best Regards,
jttmab

The hearing on Bush's Complaint for Declaratory and Injunctive Relief is set before the Hon. Donald Middlebrooks, who was appointed by Bill Clinton. White, male, probably Democrat since he was General Counsel to the Governor of Florida 1974-1977. Reubin Askew, Democrat, was the governor he served. So that should make Gore feel better.
