Who is to say that Gore didn't keep Nader out of the White House? What gave Gore the right to think he "deserved" the Nader votes? For all we know, in the next election, the Green Party could get 8% of the popular vote, the one after that 15%, then 40%, etc. Gore and the Dem's are afraid of an alternative. They essentially want to stifle Democracy.

IF you are against "corporations" how can you in your conscience make a living being an oil futures trader?

I don't think you truly understand Nader's position on big corporations... he's not 'against' them, he just wants to be sure that their businesses are run without injuring the consumer... my numerous long positions in crude oil and natural gas futures is my way of profiting from the market environment, and Nader has no policies against free market trading... I'm not polluting the air, or polluting the water... I'm not giving tens and hundreds of thousands of dollars to a political party in return for legislative favors at the expense of consumer protections... I don't think you have a clear picture of what Nader's policies are really all about... he's not against big business, he's against big business crime... I suggest you become an educated citizen and read something about Nader's policies and positions... the guy is not a monster...<g> don't vote in fear, vote in hope, don't we deserve the best one for the job, the one who has already demonstrated his credibility when it comes to citizen and consumer protections..... I think so.....<g>
