How many counts do we want?

Both sides should come to some agreement on the level of consistency, accuracy, and winning margin. Once these numbers are negotiated and agreed upon. Let the counting begin. When the agreed number of re-counts falling within the agreed parameters has been completed, a winner should be declared with unwavering certainty.

Hopefully, this will be completed some time before President Bush takes office in January.

People won't buy the hand-recount results. The process changes even as they go through it. The hand recount would be thrown out by any judge:
