Overturning Florida state law is a serious business.
This is what Bush is asking for. Unless there is
compelling reason the courts won't touch it.

Do you see a compelling reason for them to overturn?

That will be incredibly interventionist, if they do,
and would really damage Bush's legitimacy. For
these reasons, I think it will be dismissed Monday.
