For the sake of the country and party, both candidates should come out and say that they will accept the Friday's outcome as the final one and move on with the business.>> Agreed. I've stated my choice, but at this time it is more important to settle this for the good of the people....people meaning, the whole damn world. I have read reports of small nations contemplating suing the US because they base so many of their decisions on our finacial markets. Now, I doubt there is anything to it, as those nations are responsible for their own actions, but you must admitt, lots of things ride on the balance on whats going on in the US, and undoubtedly this election has caused alot of grief throught the world. As far as the US....in a way, we are in the middle of an actual civil war. Infighting, amongst ourselves. many, many years ago we did this with physical battles and wepons, now we are doing it electronically, but it is happening nonetheless. Could it escalate into something more? I am not a doomsdayer by any means, but these folks need to end this so we dont find out how bad it can really get. What I personally have witnessed shows me a nation divided and very much on edge. At the bowling ally wed night I saw several fist fights nearly break out. Friday night shooting pool, we witnessed several arguments amongst friends and tables that overheard each other talking and started arguing......at my inlaws yesterday, I watched my father in law and brother in law get in such a heated debate they wouldnt even talk to each other. They said very nasty things ( I am sure they didnt mean...you know, heat of battle type thing ) and then bro left and dad remained pissed.....it's happening all around us. Bottom line is for the sake of the people, this neeeds to end...not in a court of law, but end within the next week or so in an amicable manner. JMHOOC Keith
