As it turned out I recall that is exactly what happened. The Democratic controlled congress (FDR days) seated him as the Senator.

The big problem here is really very simple. Gore fails, because he has been unsuccessful in learning how to lie right. I know that is unbelievable when he has had the best teacher for eight years now, but it's time for him to be shooed away.
