JK, interesting, I wonder why the Governor of Texas (the things you learn listening to TV on Sunday (G)) in 1997 signed into law that any recount of votes in Texas will be carried out manually. Probably because someone put that bill on his desk, I would say, not because he thinks it is better or not. But in a way, that make the argument of his side moot on this issue (g). I can see the Judge on Monday asking Baker, Sir, you represent the campaign of the Governor of Texas? Yes, Sir, comes the answer. The, could you please tell me in that Governor's state, what is the legal way to carry on the procedure of vote recount? and then, when the answer is provided, "case dismissed". Zeev
