Also on this topic of bear mkts, is this a bear mkt only for the nazdaq... if so didn't we have the same thing in 1994, a bear for techs but only techs. 1994 was a bad year if I recall - it lasted exactly one year (I sold medimune at $4. on dec 31 1994 at a loss, waaah!)

PS 1994 marked the pop of the biotech bubble
