Well, and I hate to sound like Jim McMannis here, but I am beginning to think McDroogies is right. It must be either Punched, Not Punched. No chards, no chads, no Pregnant chads.

To do otherwise seems to be allowing those waco protestors that I have seen on television to decide who is going to be my next president.

What I am hoping is that this is not an example of Gore/Bureaucratic interpretation of the law which means, I win, we just have to keep reinterpreting the regulations. The analogy of course is the Microsoft Litigation.

I hasten to add, this is my personal gut feeling at the present time, so the usual sec disclosures apply.
