Under your stated scenario then, once the absentee ballots are counted, we would crown a new clown.

Therefore, we could all return to normality and the market may consider as extremely bullish the fact that regardless weather clown 'a', or clown 'b' is crowned, government will be split anyway, and little action from the circus would be expected.
