John, there is no hint of criticism in what I am about to say, but there are a few things maybe you could explain to me?

It seems to me that all these patriots have one thing in common, they are all democrats! Who is then supervising the hand count? Other democrats! Are there any Republicans present during the hand count? I wonder why a country that started the hi-tech revolution is no falling back on the low tech? These machines have been used in all the States that Mr. Gore won, and there were no problems? Aren't these the same machines? If they could be trusted in California, why not in Florida?

Kind regards

Yaacov

"volunteered"

I didn't respond to your volunteer mention the 1st time because it is a weak excuse, so what if they were volunteers? Should I blame Georgia? it is Florida that is still undeclared, isn't it?

Obviously your people are unique. Do you know Andree? I caught a bit of her on CSAPN rerun today, what a genius.

How is your amd doing?

RE: "Yet you feel the folks in Florida who volunteered to do their civic duty, they worked the elections and counted the votes Tuesday, they did a complete recount Thursday, and now they are hand counting the votes in four counties, ....ALL they care about is being accurate, that they are VERY concerned about national implications, so they have worked many, many, many hours, for nothing, trying to get this done. ."

Hi John,
The volunteers in Florida are working hard.

RE: "You can blame Florida if you want to, an easy target. Our laws are not that much different than your laws; our people not much different than your neighbors, good folks. But the real problem is"

I agree. I think the problem is the visibility that a close election (~300 votes) gives to errors.
